Refund and Returns Policy for Miami Royals Basketball

Overview:

At Miami Royals Basketball, we are committed to providing high-quality basketball training services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund and returns policy that provides options within 15 days of purchase for certain eligible items and services.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return or refund, services or products must meet the following criteria:

  • For physical products: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • For training programs: Refunds for training programs (such as Private One-on-One Skills Training, Private Group Sessions, or Team Training) will be considered only if requested 24 hours before the session of the program. No refunds will be granted same day and/or after the session has been completed.

Note: Refunds are not available for digital content or downloadable materials, including training videos, e-books, or other digital resources provided as part of the training program.

Non-Eligibility for Return:

The following items and services are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Downloadable products, such as digital training materials, videos, or e-books.
  • Gift cards.
  • Completed training sessions (one-on-one, group, or team).
  • Apparel or accessories that have been used or show signs of wear.

Receipt or Proof of Purchase:

To complete a return or refund request, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer or other third-party vendors; all returns must be processed through Miami Royals Basketball.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Physical items that show obvious signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.

Refund Process:

Once your return or refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post officially.
  3. Contact your bank to ensure there are no holds.
  4. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items and services are eligible for a refund. Sale items or discounted training programs cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for any physical product, please contact us at [email protected]. Exchanges for training sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis for health or injury-related reasons.

Training Program Cancellations and Refunds:

For private one-on-one skills training, private group sessions, and team training programs, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session to be eligible for rescheduling or a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session without a refund.

  • Private One-on-One Skills Training and Player Development: Refunds can be requested 24 hours in advance prior to the session. After the session, no refunds will be issued.
  • Private Group Sessions: Refunds are available if the request is made 24 hours in advance before the group session. No refunds will be granted same day and/or after the group session has been completed.
  • Team Training: Refunds for team training sessions must be requested 24 hours in advance before the scheduled team session. No refunds will be provided same day and/or after the group session has been completed.

Gifts:

If a training program or item was purchased as a gift and marked as such during purchase, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item or service was not marked as a gift during purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser if it is requested 24 hours before the training session.

Shipping Returns:

To return a physical product, please mail the item to: Royal Dribbles (Miami Royals Basketball), 8567 Coral Way # 456., Miami, FL 33155. Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
