Our Private One-on-One Training is tailored to your individual needs, focusing on improving your specific weaknesses and enhancing your strengths. This includes shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and mental coaching.
How are Private Group Sessions structured?
In Private Group Sessions, you train alongside a small group of motivated athletes at a similar skill level. Sessions are designed to build teamwork, improve basketball skills, and increase game IQ through drills, competitive play, and focused instruction.
What can I expect from Team Training?
Team Training focuses on building team chemistry, communication, and strategic gameplay. We enhance individual skills while creating a cohesive team dynamic, preparing your group for game-time situations and competition at higher levels.

How long are training sessions?
Each training session is 60 minutes long, depending on the program and intensity level required and the booked time.
How does training help me get scouted by colleges?
Our programs are designed to help you stand out to scouts by improving your technical skills, athleticism, and game IQ. We also offer scouting showcases and provide guidance on how to increase visibility to college scouts.
